Workout Tracker App

This is UI/UX concept for a workout tracker app.

On "Today's Workout" screen, users see a overview of the workout session including number of exercise, estimated time to complete the workout and calories burned after the workout. Below that is a list of all the exercises for the session and each list shows exercise sets for users to check off after finishing each set. Each time a set has been checked off "Take a Rest" button appears below the list item which reminds users to take rest before starting the next set.
