Confirm with MetaMask

For first time users, MetaMask automatically appearing can be jarring and unexpected. In addition, transaction time can take anywhere between 1 -3 minutes. That's a long time for web 2.0 internet users. I'm experimenting with breaking this activities down by giving users control of when to activate MetaMask for each transaction, while giving users the opportunity to learn about basic blockchain concepts as they wait for their transactions to go through. Something to bide their time? We'll see what people think...
