Distraction Free Mode - iOS Concept

This is not as much a visual design practice as it is a functional design practice. I tried to create a variation of Do Not Disturb mode that might have a separate usage than Do Not Disturb mode. Whenever I use Do Not Disturb mode, either I'm not using my phone at all and want to avoid calls or texts, or I'm using my phone and don't want to be interrupted from what I'm doing. Sometimes, that's not enough, though. That will keep outside distractions from getting to me, but it does not keep distractions from inside my phone from getting to me, such as being tempted with games or websites like social media or news.

With Distraction-Free Mode, you can not only block notifications, but you can hide distracting apps entirely from the home screen, restrict distracting websites, hide notification badges from remaining home screen apps, and hide the wallpaper. You can achieve all of these functions already by manually restricting notifications, blocking websites, and hiding or deleting apps, but that isn't easy to do temporarily just while you're working. That's where Distraction-Free Mode comes in.

Thoughts on this? It's obviously just a concept, and I know there are probably pros and cons and different people would execute it different ways.
