JSFiddle New layout And Responsive design

Unfortunately, the jsfiddle project developers do not yet plan to create a mobile version, but if you support the idea or give advice on how to improve, they will do it.) I want to present my idea of design for jsfiddle on phones and tablets. Do you think it will be convenient? I tried to make minimal changes in the main template of the site.
