Notification Cells

Another part of this notification system was understanding whether a user was currently looking at the device. In a restaurant or retail space, there's a high chance the user is using a different device or with a customer.
These are the notifications when we have an active user. Gratuitous bell ringing didn't make it into the final, but huge props to our android team for getting everything else in. We had to relive out trigonometry days for that background pulse.
