Do you meditate? In the end of last year I was lucky to have explored possible directions for the new version of Oak, a meditation app.
The main metaphor for growing meditation as a habit was Oak: in this early concept I had an idea that different mindfulness disciplines can be associated with different parts of the day: for example, meditate in the morning, do breathing exercises in the afternoon and listen to Alan Watts before going to bed.
