LeaderSource - Logo Design 4

Another logo direction for LeaderSource, a service which equip churches to build healthy (Christian) leaders.

Actually I'm not that much convinced that this logo concept hasn't been done before.. But do feel like the need of sharing just to know for sure. Any of you Dribbblers know if this is unique enough to be save to use? Any other thoughts I also would love to hear at this stage :)
