The last one is a post I'm writing about making mentors more accessible to people with more diverse backgrounds. It can be stressful going into a mentorship session with a fellow designer that you've never met that went to Stanford or RISD when your background includes a 4 name local university and before design you were a night janitor at a truck stop.
