So I've finally made the switch.
I had a pretty average equipment (17" HP Display, Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, ATI 4850.) To be honest, it wasn't keeping up with me. It really sucks when your computer isn't as fast as you. So I decided to make the switch. From PC to Mac (I'm a sucker for minimalism, so the choice was obvious)
The new iMac BTO
27" Thunderbolt Display
2TB & 256SSD
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2GB GDDR5
It's coming in a week. Excited!

@Umar Irshad Thanks man. What would you recommend me (videos, tutorials, etc) to get familiar with the mac os world.. as I've been a PC guy all my life?
Messing arround on my own, it took me day or 2 to figure out using Mac =P so don't think you will be needing any. But incase you do, let me know ;)
welcome to the future!!!!!!!
Man your one of the chosen :P
I hope to make this switch very soon too, been a loyal PC fan since I can remember but sometimes you just have to make that all life changing decision, enjoy your Mac!
