How to Get Rid of Fruit Flies

Fruit flies are attracted to, pardon my language, moist habitats where they can lay their eggs. Unfortunately, fruit is one of those habitats.

Luckily you can get rid fruit flies the same way by placing chunks of fruit in a jar and creating a paper cone funnel to trap them within. Kind of gross. But also kind of cool!
