Stride Installer Disk Images

The set of installer disk image icons for the various Stride builds. Nothing fancy, really. Modified Apple's existing disk image icons to match our app icon styles. The perspective was a little tricky — I ended up having to compress the logo vertically to keep it from looking pinched at the top after the perspective transformation — but I think they turned out pretty good.
