092 Sacco Chair

Designed by Piero Gatti, Cesare Paolini e Franco Teodoro in 1968 for Zanotta, Sacco (sack) is one of the most influential product designs in the 20th century. Sacco is a versatile and ergonomic seat that adapts its shape to the user's body, being it filled with small particles that can move around within the shell.
Sacco is still produced today and has been an inspiration to many seats today, notably the Fatboy. Sacco has been selected for the Compasso d'Oro prize and is featured in many exhibitions, among others MoMA.
