Hi folks, I need to design a "button" btn for the Android app I'm working on... It's in the product branding.
You tab on this btn, it opens panel for user to create memory (location, audio, video, thought, photo). as seen here, popup from bottom, and goes back to bottom...
So, I come up with this btn design, what do you think? I'm terrible at designing such things! so, any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks,

Really cool! It looks great. I'm not sure if it looks like a press-able button, but I think the curvy black thing behind it helps a lot with that. It looks like it should drag up, but maybe that's ok. Does the menu pop up from the bottom?
@Jonathan Ogden Thanks! yes it popups and down as seen here. On actual device in whole thing, it looks more like clickable button.
@♦ Oykun Yilmaz - yup! I love it.
I like it
Love the button. Don't know how inclined I'd be to push it, but it sure stands out.
I agree with @Anthony Lagoon, I really like the look of it, but I don't think I'd ever think to push it.
Nice button effect
Great work! It looked pressable to me, I know I'd be inclined to push it. You could try to remove the curves from the ropes so that they form a perfect "+", which could convey a pressable feeling as an "add" button.
Thanks for the love guys!
@Anthony Lagoon @Maxwell Barvian Thanks for the feedback! the button looks more like btn on a device in your heand with its depthness, being fixed at bottom, separated from rest of things... plus im thinking to give it a small rotate animation at first screen load, kinda rotate right-left and stop, so it will take more attention on by meaning "hey something is happening here:) I'm important!" But I'm still gonna work to make it more like button, thanks!
@Atakan Seckin Thanks! the ropes were straight first, I gave little sag them to give more realistic look, but still kept "+" look. Maybe I better go back to straight ropes...
This is just the best thing I've seen here for months. Bravo!
@Didier Forest ha! :D thanks! it is too much! :)
Pretty much the same feeling as the others. Looks wonderful, but doesn't immediately appear click-able. Nice shot nevertheless.
nice effect !
amazing "button"! :-)
@Kevin Burr I'm working to make it look more clickable :) thanks!
