Koralis career page

Hi everyone!

Coming back to you with a brand new project that we’ve been working on quite hard - our new career page! We realized that we’ve grown a lot as a company and we needed a solution that would reflect our current culture - professional, yet fun.

We chose quite a minimal design with a focus on only a few key elements to make it more vivid and give it some character. Since we wanted this whole career page to be all about emotion, we allowed photos to play the biggest role and showcase the behind-the-scenes of our life at Koralis.

Because we constantly look for new employees, we needed this design to be really functional and convenient for it to give a great first impression. So, we highlighted the most important information and simplified applying process making it short & sweet.

As a result, we ended up with a beautiful and functional career page which already resulted in higher number of applicants.
