FedEx Exploration

This is a concept we worked on for the future of simple, user-centered shipping. On a consumer level, shipping is generally an infrequent task and can feel like a huge chore for a novice user.

In this flow, we explore simplifying the experience for a user who does not have any materials for shipping and needs to be able to go to a full service, brick and mortar storefront.
