Users

Target users are developers and technology managers who want to use AI services of FPT.

Business Needs
FPT need to develop web portal to help target users register and try their AI Chatbot services. The web portal have to be easy to understand and start to join, target users will not have any support.

The UX Approach

I joined to project as a UX Consultant and Designer. I worked with the product team to define main user stories and user scenarios. We defined sitemap and navigation model, then built the wireframe. It is remote tested on 20+ target users through MavelApp application.

Finally, I used Google Material Design to design the user interface. I used many icons, flow charts to explain terms without so many words.

Results & benefits

We built a very thin, simple and easy-to-use web portal. This portal is having over 1.000 customers now and they feel happy with our design.
