Split form Ui are really complex to design or to decide to make how could it be usable more. So the end product of my new split form design is here. After some user usability test, we could come up to the result that most people are using as comfortable as the right-hand side of the form. We decided to make it that way with a great illustration which gives a story of the business scope.
