Real Estate Listing - Landing Page

Hello, Dribbblers!
It's been quite some time since I last posted here. Meanwhile, I've been working on multiple website projects. Here's presenting the latest from my works:

Project: Pinata Real Estate Listing Website

Established in 2012, Piñata Realty a real estate consulting company with its operations at Gurgaon and Kolkata (soon to be operational in Bengaluru & Hyderabad), helps corporate and small business find suitable office space based on their desired specification & budget.

Their business has been running offline so far, but recently they planned to launch it online. So, I'm helping them with the designs for their web listing portal wherein the data has been segregated into few broad categories like office spaces, shops/showrooms, commercial land, warehouses etc. There are options for either buying or leasing a property.

The website flow has been designed to provide users with quick access to properties from top developers while they can also view the trending/hot properties from their region based on the category of their choice. There's minimal use of the brand colors, mostly to highlight CTAs and other buttons.
