Capt Billy Button (Character Design)

Currently playing around with this character for my picture book story, Pirate Dream. Originally, he had a huge pirate hat, but now I'm thinking the character has grown too big for his old clothes, (hence the exposed belly button.) Going to have to test this new concept in the next round of sketches.
