Spinny Circles

I'm determined to use this effect on something. It's been on discarded client ideas and discarded ideas for my own album! It's currently an idea for my next album, or perhaps another DesignersMX. Not sure if this is the right image, but I do quite like the colours.

I wish I could just do this effect with one click and try it and lots of different images.
