Gallimaté || Label Design

Label design for French beverage startup Gallimaté.

The name Gallimaté is a contraction of Gallus (rooster) and yerba mate, a drink made from the naturally caffeinated leaves of the South American rainforest holly tree, popular for its richness in nutrients and antioxidants.

The ornamental monoline illustration is based on the drink's ingredients: yerba mate, elderflower and kaffir lime.
