Questions UI

This is a UI showing questions asked by students in an online course. Struggling with this and would love some feedback on two things:

1) is the information optimally organized to answer the following questions: "what's the question?", "who asked it?," and "how do I answer?"
2) do you want to answer the questions? Is the UI inviting?
