Switch Coffee Logo Concept

Switch Coffee asked me to work on a logo for them. They are a coffee roaster that is working to make a quality product in a rough part of town. The idea is that they would help switch the perspective of that area of town and switch the life trajectory of the people they hired from that part of town.

The mark is an "S", a coffee bean, and arrows (because you can't show things changing without arrows...).
