DailyUI day002 -- credit card payment

Today's prompt is to make a credit card payment. I decided to use skeuomorphism(the design that resembles the original real world counterpart). In this interface, the fill in the blank part actually looks like a credit card. The user can change all the suggested info and select whether it's a discovery card, visa card or other. It can also choose if it's a credit card or debit card.
