Snowberry will be a gastronomic-centric destination in Sun Valley, Idaho (a world-class ski resort). It will be a cooking school, culinary and floral event space, and wine/cheese shop. It will offer cooking classes, wine seminars and floral design workshops. It will also sell gourmet food and wine products.
