Customer Journey Map

For a luxury textiles manufacturer in Scotland, we created a map of how they work with their customers in order for employees understand their role and other departments.

The map highlights the key moments that customers experience and the processes the company goes through to keep their promises. The art direction uses a different thread motive for each department in the company such as Sales & Admin, Production, Finance, etc.
