Thank you notes are a must — and not just because your mom says so. In the age of snappy emails and casual texts, writing a well-worded thank-you note can be intimidating. Maybe even more so when the role includes email marketing. It's a good thing Jackson followed up for me because working at Rover would have been his dream come true.
