Too many dimensions

Something I've been trying to work on for a long time now. On our commit pages, you can:

- Comment on a line number
- Comment on a file
- Comment on the commit

All of which are scoped to the commit (a snapshot of a file in time). Add on top of that comments are also temporal... too many dimensions for poor Kyle's head.

This is the latest attempt at solving the problem, but I'm just not sure it's where I want it to be. Zooming out helps show the visual hierarchy.... which comes off as just noise to me right now. Bleh.
