Unlock Oklahoma

In progress wordmark for my capstone project over prison reform in Oklahoma. I'm creating a branded campaign that moves people from the negative effects prison has on the state budget to the negative effects prison has on the mental health of those incarcerated. Which is the greater cost, and do we need so many people locked up when 75% are non-violent?
