Dick Dastardly / Wacky Races

Let me take you back to 1968 with today's character.
For sure it's the hardest one I made so far. Dick Dastardly from Wacky Races stole my heart when i was young. Im not sure if i can name a show where main character was a villain. In Wacky Races, Dick Dastardly, was that kind of character, and that was soo cool :)
