Managing incidents and support tickets is an important thing for CollegeVine to maintain a high quality of work and to make sure all our clients are getting the best value from us, and to do that we started working on our own incidents and support tickets management system.
We have not yet implemented it, but while designing it we’ve learned many interesting things about our users and system which we’ll carry with us in our future projects.
