Twitter Help!

Hi there!

I have been trying to get some help with a new Twitter handle but no one from Twitter has responded to my emails or tweets.

If you work for Twitter or know someone that could help please let them know that I am looking for some help.

I would love to have the @HERO handle that is taken bot hasn't been used in a very long time.

I would really appreciate all the help I can get.
