UX/UI Form Process Exploration

Hey all,

Currently I'm working on a new form process for a client in the telecommunications sector. Here are a few of the initial designs for the form process steps and the success page.

I've been aiming to create a smooth UX by simplifiying the taks flow of the process and designing a multi-step form process that offers the user clear and bite-sized questions, one at the time.
