Social Share

Using the 3rd party tools to share links over social media has yielded mixed results for me in the past.

I've found some of them can increase page load time by a lot, and while they offer a great way to monitor performance, I've found the 'out of the box' design solutions that they come with to be limiting.

For my side project, I decided to script my own. At least for the prototype.
