Cocktails & Castoffs Cookzine

Had to share a couple of spreads from the zine-sized cookbook Heather Troutman (wildgrainphotography.com) and I worked on recently for our client the nonprofit DIG. DIG partnered with Atlanta chefs to print this book of recipes around a theme of no-waste cooking. Heather photographed the food (and in a few cases cooked and styled it), and I designed the “cookzine.” In the spirit of no-waste, the book has no bleed, so there was no need to trim the edges in the printing process. 🥕
