2017 Poster Design

In 2017 I got to work on a good mix of posters. Posters are one of my if not my favorite works to complete. I think because I feel it’s nearly a lost art as we become more digitized and fast paced. Posters provide a bit of a nostalgia and color the walls of our favorite coffee shop. When I create a poster I may fully design it digitally or I may start with a pencil and scan in the hand drawn image. Some get water colors, iPad drawn and anything else my studio has to contribute to the end vision. It’s a fun process and I think that’s also why posters have a place in my heart. Cheers 2017.
