Jeenie - Smart Device Management App

Jeenie is a self-initiated project focused on creating a mobile app to manage one's entire suite of smart devices. Considering a plethora of product integrations, I designed several screens depicting primary functions such as adjusting the temperature (integration with Nest Thermostats), controlling music in various rooms (integration with Sonos speakers and Spotify), and even viewing live video feeds from home security cameras (integration with Nest Cams or D-Link).

This shot is of the the login screen. Big chunky buttons and text fields allow for ease of use on mobile devices, while the high-quality image of luxury homes in the background create an aspirational and emotional connection with the user — creating a thread between the app utility and luxury products.
