Redesign a website page project

This is an assignment in class. We were given a design company's old wireframe and their company's marketing plan.

With all the resources of this company, I redesigned the whole page, also include the logo and some UI elements ( inside "we specialize" part).

Thoughts on this design:

I've been iterating the design for several versions.
This is my final version.

I think the most hard part is adjusting the background. I've been trying to make sure the tore paper color won't be too stand out (since the orange is already very strong). Finally, I get through this hard part by changing the title background color to orange, which reflects the other orange part.
