A — Bossa Nova [WIP]

I have a great appreciation for Apple Music’s “A” playlists artwork, so as a learning exercise, I decided to try to see how/if I could reproduce them.

First shot was a Rio-themed A, for Bossa Nova playlists. It’s based on Copacabana’s boardwalk.

Rendering is a bit rough as I was focused on the general look and feel. Also, missed the mark on the A — used SF Bold, but it’s actually a bit lighter. You can see it here.

It was fun nevertheless, let’s see how it goes for the next ones!
