Visualizing a Complex Campus Network

How do users make sense of something as complicated as a college campus? That's exactly the design challenge we sought to solve. Recruiters would sketch out similar illustrations of their campuses while meeting with people on campus; however, recruiters' sketches were limited by those they met or those they remembered. By visualizing an entire CRM through the same visual language recruiters themselves were using, could we help recruiters identify new connections? Or new paths to meet people?
