Last month I was briefed by Aleph Vietnam to redesign the customer's journey on Air Asia's website. After countless hours of sketching, designing and making mock-ups, I have come up with a solution for Air Asia's booking process. This project would have been impossible had it not been for the guidance of Robert Tayco, the best UX designer I've worked with.
