went in a totally different direction for this app. Using leather pad for items instead of wooden board.

Leather is sick! Icons might be too small on ipad though
@Robert thanks! already checked those icons on ipad. they look fine.
@zee See that's why we need Retina displays.
Really nice leather, but not sure about the icons... They're a bit off the styling you use on the rest of the shot
@zee, what is the second text, i.e. "Category" then "Computer"
maybe it makes more sense with a full view of the app
nice textures and concept, I like it
@Garret i'm not sure about these. the app helps to save receipts/bills.Full view coming soon.
I love the textures. Well done! Would want to see more!!
The drop shadow above the fold where the icons are at the bottom seems a little thick.
On the leather "U" hole, there are some pixels from a stitch wich probably were left by mistake, did I make sense? :p
@zee, i wonder if it would look cleaner with bigger icons and dropping one of the labels...look forward to seeing the next version
@Ivo you're right, last bits of stitches should have turned into rounded form, it was pain in ass but i'll fix those now. thanks!
Holy crap that's sexy!
Wow, very very nice!
Looks very promising. Nice job on the textures. i'm also not feeling the icons. How about adding the date into the icon like the iCal app?
The leather is excellent, maybe impress the icons themselves instead of the hover box around them.
perfection to the core!
@Jef those were ready-made icons but i can try that. thanks!
@JJ that could work, i'll try it. Thanks
Thanks @Eric, it means a lot coming from a good designer such as yourself
Nice job, love the detail here!
Zabardast larkay :)
Looks pro! the commitment to the realism on the leather & sticking is solid. The icons however seem like they need some grounding on that surface. The depressed state is really nice as well!
