Day 6: Poison

We all have that one thing that we KNOW is bad for us, yet, we do it, over and over again.

Aren't we smarter than that? 🙄

Overthinking is my poison. I'm continuously in the cycle of comparing and analyzing different choices, but instead of coming to a decision, I get paralyzed and end up doing nothing. You know what I mean?
