Wip need some advice

I need some help. I'm not one to ever ask for feedback or help. I'm a HUGE fan of this type of art and illustration, but this is the first time i've tried this style. I know something is seriously off with it - the dog for one thing.

The premise of this piece is about LinkedIn - hence the use of the "In"
