How do we facilitate a user's need for self-education in a friendly way without having them leave the current page?

A potential solution I created was this support panel that contains a list of categorized frequently asked questions. It's intended use is to slide out from the right on top of the current page and allow a user to scroll through questions and click to view the answers.
