Rhino v2 / 10 triangles challenge

I love making illustrations with triangles and I've made one recently made out of 3094 of them (https://dribbble.com/shots/3825224-Chameleon-on-an-Orchid)

After seeing this, my friend challenged me to make one with only 10 triangles. I accepted!

Since then I decided that to keep myself busy I will make one illustration a day only with 10 triangles.
