WIP - North Bay Hindu Temple logo

Another logo iteration for the North Bay Hindu Temple, which serves as a place of worship in reverence to the Hindu Goddess trinity—Durga (power), Lakshmi (prosperity), and Saraswathi (wisdom). This version of the logo is more illustrative, combining various symbolic metaphors that denote the three goddesses—swans representing Saraswathi, lotus representing Lakshmi, and the trident representing Durga. The red jewel-like form that arises from the three symbols represents the Bindu, or third-eye, which is considered as the spiritual plane in which the Goddess resides within each of us, waiting to be awakened.
