Dashboard with baseline grid

Dello guys!

Since baseline is a really important thing you need to know when you design a website or a layout. It's a huge help for designers who needs to align contents in their design.

Some of my fellas who are also designers don't know about this. I'm really surprised when they didn't use it in their designs. I was wondering is it important to use baseline or not. And this is one of my design which I applied Baseline Grid. The result is better than the previous one.
