Logo and Brand Identity designed for Skiplex: Indoor Ski Centres.

Particularly proud of this work given the saturated use of cliche imagery in a number of ski focused logos. Coming up with something fresh ands strong, and conveyed the appropriate meanings, as defined by the client brief, did prove to be an early challenge.

Once focused on creating a mostly type orientated design, things became a lot clearer.

Customising a commercial font, in particular the: S, k, i and e, with various aspects of theses characters styled to carry the angle of a 'ski slope', from the preceding logo mark. Which has now been mostly dropped, in favour of just the logo type.
