Today, I would like to share one of my old concepts of Manage My Booking. The main idea is split whole manage my booking into three logical sections. Sections are easily scalable. Aims are increase conversion for our affiliates, decrease contacts drivers on our Customer Agents. I will share more data when I'll get a result from user testing.
